The Yogic Lifestyle & Transformation Coaching Program is designed to support individuals in cultivating balance, resilience, and overall well-being through yogic principles, mindful practices, and self-inquiry. While many participants have experienced profound shifts in their health—sometimes including improvements in conditions recognized by medical science—this program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Rather, these benefits arise as natural byproducts of supporting the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation and healing. This program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns or before making changes to their health regimen.

Expect to set aside 2 hours per week for private instruction via zoom or in person, as well as 45 minutes per day for this program.
