With over 25 years of yoga practice and 20 years of teaching, I’m genuinely thrilled to share my knowledge and passion to support your wellbeing.

My yoga training in both the US and India, combined with a strong foundation in Iyengar yoga, empowers me to guide you in aligning body, mind, and spirit. Through a hands-on, personalized approach, I help you unlock your 72,000 nadis (or energy channels) by focusing on proper alignment. Yoga opens the gateway to the universal life force that flows through us, allowing for harmony and vitality in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Description
Don’t pass up on the chance to practice with us on Zoom. Even through the screen, you’ll receive personalized instruction and feel like you’re in the room with the whole class, reaping the incredible benefits of this 90-minute practice.

In-Person Yoga Classes

Description
This in-person yoga class is at my home studio in Long Grove, Illinois. We come together for a 120-minute Restorative Yoga practice that is accessible to all skill levels including beginners.

Drop-In: $30-$40/class (sliding scale*)
