Schedule

  • 7:30-8am: Meet & Greet

  • 8-8:30am: Pranayam

  • 8:30-10:30am: Hatha Yoga + Gong Meditation

  • 10:30am-12pm: Q&A and Brunch with eating Meditation

  • 12-2pm: Intention/Sankalp Philosophy and Meditative Mandala Art

  • 2-3pm: Tea & Snacks Served

  • 3-4:30pm: Games/Partner Yoga

  • 4:30-6:30pm: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

  • 6:30-8pm: Dinner & Circle Time
