had medical conditions for which I was looking for a cure through Yoga. That’s how I contacted Komal. Komal is a wise and loving teacher, and her coaching was infused with compassion and clarity. Before starting any asanas, she explained the meaning, the right way to do it and the chakras awakened/benefited with those asanas. Komal’s lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient in the class. During the course, whatever I practiced daily at home I sent videos to Komal. She is very prompt in watching the videos and sending the corrections immediately. She would mention the exact minute and second of the video clipping where I went wrong and the correction to be done. That feedback was very important for me to correct myself and practice safely and effectively. at home. She followed that practice until I was able to do it on my own the proper way. I attended a few online group sessions along with other students too. She paid attention on each student and was always encouraging her students to try and do the postures with correct alignment.
