I completed my two-month therapy course with Komal in May 2023. I started yoga therapy as I was suffering from asthma and allergies. Having tried a bit of yoga in the past, it was nothing compared to what Komal introduced me. Komal is super passionate about yoga, a thorough professional and an expert and at the same time so open and non-judge mental. She is friendly, warm, and a very positive person.
