10:30am-12pm: Q&A and Brunch with eating Meditation
12-2pm: Intention/Sankalp Philosophy and Meditative Mandala Art
2-3pm: Tea & Snacks Served
3-4:30pm: Games/Partner Yoga
4:30-6:30pm: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
6:30-8pm: Dinner & Circle Time
